This Christian ministry serving the homeless and disadvantaged has Dave Roach serving as Project Shepherd and he has been invited to join their project oversight board. They are wrapping up design and pricing on their Resource Center with a prior Design Builder and hoping to start construction in summer 2024. Their next project for more housing would likely be Construction Management at Risk delivery, and we will advise on that too.
