ThriftSmart is a retail Thrift ministry dedicated to supporting other ministries with their profits. We facilitated a Trade Summit in February promoting projects to trade partners for a second location in a 31,000 SF retail buildout. Comma Designworks was selected as the Architect by ThriftSmart after a referral from ShareBuilt and DWC Construction was already on board as the GC. ShareBuilt facilitated an inspection of the lease space and documentation of lease space improvements necessary. The lease has been executed and construction should start by late Spring 2024.
